The storm stirred up the waters and scattered the fish out. Left out of Galveston Yacht Basin at 1:30 pm for a near shore trip. It was a tough afternoon of fishing, but caught a 30 inch state water red snapper, gafftopsail catfish, and too many hard head catfish.

Galveston Offshore Fishing
Went offshore in Galveston today to try out a spot I’ve been eye balling for awhile. Ran through a couple storms but wound up with 11 king mackerel, 9 Spanish mackerel, 3 triggerfish, and a couple of blue runners. Released back into the ocean to catch on another day.
